How we use your donation
Your contribution will be used exclusively to support this Mill Valley housing assistance program. No more than 5 percent of grant funds may be spent on administrative or other expenses that do not go directly to provide housing support to those in need.
CHFMV is a qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and contributions can qualify as tax deductible. Contributions will be acknowledged with a donation confirmation letter (EIN# 86-2744257).

From an IRA
If you are 70½ or older, you can donate up to $105,000 annually as a qualified charitable distribution (QCD). With a QCD from an IRA are tax-free as long as they’re paid directly from the IRA to an eligible charitable organization. For questions, please contact us.
